I enjoyed talking with Jennie about her holidays especially when she saw the Northern Lights. I really wanted to follow in her footsteps but realised I couldn't put up with the cold weather like she did.

We also swopped recipes. She gave me her Tiffin recipe and I gave a tip for how to get her scones to rise.
